The Bravenet (http://www.bravenet.com) stats are back up but I lost part of Thursday, part of Friday. Too bad, really, because business has been booming for a variety of reasons:
(1) a mention in Marylaine Block's "Neat New Stuff on the Web" ( http://marylaine.com/neatnew.html) on December 6th created a boomlet in visitors
(2) as did a link from Beyond ... the BlackStump (http://www.blackstump.com.au/anew.htm) on December 15th.
(3) A mention by the Electric Eclectic (http://www.bloxword.ca/new.htm) -- cool. I've always liked the site _and I'm in good company.

Bravenet (http://www.bravenet.com) is upgrading their services and their hit counter has been offline since yesterday afternoon. I hadn't realized how much I fiddle with the stats they provide re how people reached the site until those stats aren't available.

Revamped the entry page at http://www.internet-resources.com/writers/ and fiddled with the boilerplate at the bottom of each page.
